
Anthea Doropoulos co-founded DirtyFeet in 2005 and throughout the company’s history she has held numerous roles - from dancer to producer, publicist, administrator, project manager and artistic director. Anthea’s studies began at The Bodenweisers School of Dance under Margaret Chapel and then continued at The McDonald College. In 2002 she moved to Melbourne, graduating from The Victoria College of the Arts in 2004 with a Bachelor of Dance. Anthea is currently a Senior Pilates Instructor and Studio Manager at Leeon and Shaw Pilates and has been with the company since 2006.
Anthea has enjoyed performing and working with Sydney companies and choreographers over the last few years including DanceTank, Stompin, Dean Walsh, Kay Armstrong, Anton, Vicki Van Hout, Michael Whaites, Paul Cordeiro and Sarah-Vyne Vassallo. In addition to DirtyFeet’s own productions Tipping Point and Under the Weather, she has performed with DirtyFeet at The Australian Dance Awards (Sydney Opera House), in two seasons of Short, Sweet and Dance and We like Short Shorts at DanceHouse in Melbourne.
