Brianna Kell

Brianna Kell graduated from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts in 2007. In 2008, Brianna commenced her training at the Victorian College of Arts in Melbourne, where she was exposed to and inspired by internationally and nationally renowned choreographers, workshops, and training. In her Graduating year, Brianna was awarded the ‘Orloff Family Trust Award’ for 'Most Outstanding Talent' 2010. In 2011 Brianna began working professionally with Tasdance. Brianna toured with Tasdance across regional Victoria and NSW, in two contrasting works by Anton and Francis Rings, for the 2012 'Identity' season. Brianna performed with Tasdance for the 2012 'Voltage' season with choreographers Anna Smith and Larissa McGowan, and the installation work 'Somewhere Else' by Marnie Palomares. 2013 saw Brianna perform 'Luminous Flux' in works by Byron Perry and seminal choreographer Tanja Liedtke. Brianna has also worked with local and national dance artists in DirtyFeet’s Choreographic Lab program. Recently, Brianna worked with a team of artists leading workshops as part of Shopfront Theatre's 'Sensory Games', for artists with and without disability.
